i am thinking about teaching drawing/painting lessons to kids ages 6-8 years old. being an art major i want to start off with gesture drawing, then contour, mass, shading…and so on… i am not going to go to deep into the each one, just touch the surface. is that too advanced for them? if so, what should i do?
